Warranty Conditions
1- During the guarantee period of 2000 hours or one year from the date of delivery (whichever comes first), Atlas Niro CO.
at its discretion will replace or repair any part or parts of the device that are found to have defects due to the materials or
workmanship based on the inspection.The parts and labor required to perform these repairs will be provided by this company at no cost
through its after-sales service representative. The part or parts replaced or repaired under guarantee will be covered by the guarantee
for the remainder of the product's guarantee period.
2- This guarantee does not cover the following:
A- Consumable parts: filter, belt, rubber, coal, connectors, capacitor, fuse, lamp.
B- Defects and damages caused by:
- Any modification to the product is prohibited without written approval from Atlas Niro CO.
- Storing, maintaining and using the product in a way not approved by the company.
- Performing improper repairs by people other than the company's authorized representative and using spare parts not approved by the company.
- Using additional equipment that has not been approved by the company.
C- Devices that have not been set up by the company at the customer's site.
D- Failure of the customer to inform Atlas Niro CO. to perform five services on time (100-250-500-1000-1500 hours) during the guarantee period
(according to the given a one-year limited guarantee to this customer, periodic services up to 1500 hours must be performed by or under the supervision of the company.)
3- According to this guarantee, Atlas Niro Company is not committed for the following:
A- The cost of routine service and maintenance, including adjustments, inspections, and similar items.
B- Consumable materials and parts that are replaced after a period of time in the periodic service and maintenance program.
C- If the components of Atlas Niro CO's products are manufactured by another manufacturer and covered by that manufacturer's guarantee.
the company has no commitment to provide guarantee coverage for this item, but will provide the necessary cooperation to implement the manufacturer's guarantee obligations.
This cooperation under any circumstances will not mean the company's commitment and responsibility to provide the aforementioned guarantee.
4- The guarantee covers exclusively the sold product and replaces any other type of guarantee, whether written, oral or implied.
Atlas Niro CO's liability under this guarantee includes exclusively the items mentioned above.
Under no circumstances this company will be liable for any other financial or emotional losses resulting from product failure or malfunction,
or any other damages or expenses resulting from a defective product.
5- If the device is sold during the guarantee period, the seller will be required to convey all these conditions and instructions to the buyer,
and the company will not be responsible for the buyer's lack of information about the guarantee conditions.
6- The recognition of the items covered by the guarantee in each case is with Atlas Niro CO. or its official representative,
and their opinion in this regard is final.
7- All costs of dispatching labor and performing periodic services are the responsibility of the buyer, who is required to pay for it after issuing an invoice from the seller.
8- All products shipped by Atlas Niro CO. have a 10-year after-sales services commitment from the date of sale.
9- If the owner of the device makes any changes to the Different structures of the device (such as the hydraulic and Fueling system, etc.)
for any reason, this will invalidate the device's warranty.
